We had to cancel a vacation to California to care for a sick family member in Bethlehem, but at least we still got our Mexican food fix at Sabor Poblano! Everything about this tiny corner taqueria is great - the friendly proprietors, the cute decor, and most of all the delicious, authentic Mexican food. Delicious house made chips and salsa. All of the tacos are great, but the birria and al pastor were my personal favorites. Also don't miss the gorditas. We're going back tonight for the third time in a week!

I live in the neighborhood and have been waiting for this spot to open up for a few months. From start to finish, the customer service experience was excellent. The individual who answered the phone and took my takeout order was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, the person at the counter was warm, attentive, and threw in extra sauces. We got the asada burrito, the chicken tacos, and the chips and guac. Everything was incredibly delicious, flavorful, and fresh. We'll be back next week!
New Mexican place that just opened near downtown Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Small, family-run, authentic eatery. Alex owns it with his wife, brother and sister-in-law. The portions were large and the food was very good, and all for a reasonable price. Alex was very kind and attentive, and we wish them great success here. We will definitely be back.
